CONTINUE RESEARCH COMPONENTS

WEEK 6

In this week , i had make research about the other components used in my projects and for  this week , i had research about the characteristics of the components and also  circuit that used.

  • ·         IR SENSOR
  • ·         LM 358 COMPARATOR
  • ·         LCD
  • ·         BUZZER

   IR SENSOR

    LM 358 COMPARATOR

An operational amplifier (op-amp) is a DC-coupled high-gain electronic voltage amplifier with a differential input and, usually, a single-ended output. In this configuration, an op-amp produces an output potential (relative to circuit ground) that is typically hundreds of thousands of times larger than the potential difference between its input terminals. Op-amps are among the most widely used electronic devices today, being used in a vast array of consumer, industrial, and scientific devices.. Op-amps may be packaged as components, or used as elements of more complex integrated circuits.

   LCD

LCD is used to display the driver condition. I had choose to display on LCD because of LCD will function during day or night. So other people can still know about the driver condition . the working of LCD are is a flat panel display, electronic visual display, or video display that uses the light modulating properties of liquid crystals. Liquid crystals do not emit light directly.LCDs are available to display arbitrary images (as in a general-purpose computer display) or fixed images which can be displayed or hidden, such as preset words, digits, and 7-segment displays as in a digital clock. They use the same basic technology, except that arbitrary images are made up of a large number of small pixels, while other displays have larger elements.

    BUZZER

A buzzer or beeper is an audio signalling device which may be mechanical, electromechanical, or piezoelectric. Typical uses of buzzers and beepers include alarm devices, timers and confirmation of user input such as a mouse click or keystroke .
